QA Test Analyst

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a QA Test Analyst located in Australia. The QA Test Analyst will be responsible for test execution, performing manual testing, ensuring quality assurance, and software testing on a day-to-day basis.

Skills / Experience:

  • 1-2 years of software testing experience
  • Experience with web and device testing (iOS and Android)
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Efficient planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment with regular releases
  • Test execution and manual testing skills
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement
  • Quality assurance expertise
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools (not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely, embedded in the Engineering Team, performing various tests such as smoke, integration, system, regression, acceptance, and negative testing.
  • Drive product quality by designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans.
  • Identify, report, triage, and retest bugs before production release.
  • Participate in the end-to-end process, from requirements gathering to implementation, quality checks, and delivery.
