This quick guide will help you set up your account and get you started with Foxo. 🦊

Step 1

 

1. Register your Free Account

Important:  Please click on the "Create a free account" button below to register your account. This will automatically link your account to the GCUH Organisation on Foxo. It is recommended to use your work email address (@health.qld.gov.au).

2. Verify your Email

Check your email inbox and confirm your account.

3. Join your Organisation

Once registered, you'll automatically receive a request to join GCUH (if you have used the link provided in step 1). Please make sure to join your Organisation.

4. Complete your Profile 

As a healthcare network, it is important to have a completed profile for verifying your account and engaging others. This also includes setting up Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure your account and device are secure.

5. Join the G-RAS Team 

Please join the G-RAS Team to be able to access, claim and manage incoming Patient Cases.

6. Install the Desktop App

For a better experience, install the Foxo app with just 1-click. You'll also avoid missing important activity and messages.

Tip: Make sure you 'pin' Foxo to your taskbar.

7. Foxo Help Hub
