Archiving, Removing, Restoring Patient Cards

Overview

  • Foxo allows you to Archive and Restore patient cards
  • Archiving a patient card will remove the patient from your Patients list
  • An Archived patient can only be viewed via the Archived patient filter
  • Archived patients can be restored via the Archived filter
  • As a non-primary carer you can Remove patients, which is similar to deleting it from your account

 

Archiving a Patient Card:

  1. Open Patients tab
  2. Navigate to the patient requiring archiving
  3. On mobile: swipe left and select Archive
  4. On desktop: select the left arrow on the right side of the patient tab and select Archive

Tip

  • As a Primary Carer, archiving a patient will lock the patient card from further edits from all users with card permissions
  • The Primary Carer cannot Remove a card, only Archive.
  • On desktop you can click and drag the card to simulate a swipe instead of clicking on the arrow for delete options

Restoring a Patient Card:

  1. Open Patients tab
  2. Select Archived in the Patients filter field
  3. On mobile: swipe left and select Restore
  4. On desktop: select the left arrow on the right side of the patient tab and select Restore

Removing a Patient Card:

Before you start: you can only remove a patient card if you are not the Primary Carer

  1. Open Patients tab
  2. On mobile: swipe left and select Remove
  3. On desktop: select the left arrow on the right side of the patient tab and select Remove
